n 1992, the first Midwest Moxie Java coffee store was opened at the West Acres mall in Fargo, ND. Over the next four years, five more Moxie Java stores were opened and in 1996, they purchased Piece of Cake to be the primary bakery for the coffee stores.
Piece of Cake is located in our historic downtown Fargo Moxie Java coffee and boutique retail store.
