*The fee is due annually and pro-rated accordingly, dependent on traffic and includes free 30 minutes of update time per month.

Server Specs and Continuity Statement

We are dedicated to assisting our hosted customers design and implement high availability and business continuity solutions. We offer high-availability products and the capability for our customers to implement business continuity by locating equipment in multiple data centers.

Power

  • A/B power (redundant UPS power feeds to their systems).
  • Data center systems are powered through UPS systems.
  • Backup generators are on-site and tested monthly.
  • Our generators have 24 hours of fuel on site, with contracts for on-demand filling.
  • Critical network components are protected with redundant power supplies.

Environment

  • Environmental and systems monitoring and alerting are automated for proactive management of events.
  • Our vendors for power, cooling, facilities and systems are on-call and available 7x24x365.
  • Fire suppression in all locations protects equipment from fire damage.

Data Storage

  • Our systems are backed up off-site for expedient recovery in the event of replacement.
  • We offer off-site back-up to customers who require it for business continuity. Back-ups are stored at a secure data storage facility.

Connectivity

  • Each data center has multiple backbone connections. Customer connectivity can be rerouted should a connection fail.
  • We can offer multiple network connections and discrete networks to our customers.

Emergency Preparedness

  • 24 x 7 x 365 on-site staff have documented reporting and escalation procedures that are outlined and audited as part of our SAS70 Type II audit process.
  • Customers wanting physically diverse facilities can achieve this by locating systems at different data centers. If desired, we can provide hardware at another location as business continuity / disaster recover site for the customer, up to and including high availability server and or data replication.
  • In case of a natural disaster, our data centers are protected to ensure continued service to our customers.
